Teen Tech Tutor Training Session

Earn service hours while getting certified to participate in our new tutoring program that pairs teen volunteers (ages 14-18) with senior citizens to help them improve their technology skills. Volunteers must attend 5 weekly training sessions to participate in the final tutoring event. Training sessions began the week of July 13, 2023. Sessions are held every Thursday from 10a.m.-12 p.m. at Caldwell Public Library.

After the training sessions are complete, volunteers will be eligible to participate in our tutoring program where they will be paired with a local senior citizen to help them improve their technology skills. The tutoring programs will be held from 10am-12 pm on Saturday, August 19. Seniors who wish to book a tutoring session can call the Library at 208-459-3242.

Volunteers will earn service hours while giving back to their community and gaining valuable technology and professional development skills.
