About the Event
Join us for a free virtual writing workshop and learn how to make a zine! We will be meeting at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 27 on Webex. Writing kits will be available at the library starting Saturday, March 20. If you are not able to get to the library to pick up a kit before the event, you can still follow along and use your own supplies. This program is geared toward families with elementary-school-aged kids, but everyone is welcome to participate.
Registration is required to attend the virtual event and to be eligible for the free writing kit. Space is limited to 30 families. Please submit a single registration form for everyone who plans to attend in your family. After you register, you will receive an email with the Webex meeting link. To register, click the "Add to Your Calendar" button below.
This workshop is part of the Treasure Valley Reads project, which encourages everyone in the Treasure Valley to read the same book and participate in discussions and events together. This year's featured book is "A manual for Cleaning Women" by Lucia Berlin. You don't have to read the book to participate in this event.
