About the Event
The CATCH My Breath Program is a FREE evidence-based youth vape prevention program designed for 5th-12th grade students. The lessons focus on empowering students with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed decisions about e-cigarettes and resist social pressures to vape through peer-led learning activities. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend with students.
